About the Role As the Assistant Store Manager, you’ll play a key role in launching and operating our new store. You’ll support the Store Manager in leading the team, creating memorable customer experiences, and ensuring the store reflects the playful sophistication of Kate Spade. Key Responsibilities Assist in the successful launch and day-to-day operations of the new store. Lead and inspire the team to deliver exceptional service and embody brand values. Drive sales and support the achievement of store performance goals. Maintain visual merchandising standards that reflect the Kate Spade aesthetic. Support recruitment, onboarding, and development of store associates. Ensure operational excellence including inventory management and compliance. What We’re Looking For 2-3 years of previous retail management experience, ideally in fashion or lifestyle brands. A passion for the Kate Spade brand and a strong sense of personal style.
